Webinar: Business Turnaround
On the 15th September at 11.30am we ran the first of 2 webinars with OPUS Business Advisory Group. Aimed at Business Owners and Company Directors, it focused on issues being faced by companies in this post pandemic world:

The webinar lasted for approximately 30 mins with 15 mins for questions at the end.
Matt is an experienced Chartered Financial Planner and joined Grosvenor Wealth Management In September 2020. Matt’s experience allows him to provide advice across all areas of financial planning including wealth management, pensions, investments, long term care and protection.
Matt strives to build long term meaningful relationships with his clients, whilst helping them achieve their financial goals and aspirations.
Adrian has worked in the Corporate Recovery sector for nearly 30 years and qualified as an Insolvency Practitioner in 2005. He became an IP licence holder, taking appointments in September 2008.
His main area of experience has been in pre-insolvency advice to Directors and stakeholders via solicitors and accountants. In recent years he has been involved in asset tracing and civil recovery claims on behalf of HMRC.
John’s speciality is in working with existing management teams to create real value in growth potential, under performing or stressed SMEs. He works with ambitious organisations to address issues that are stifling business growth and assist in the development and implementation of new strategies to achieve Stakeholder aims.
John has been in business for over 25 years during which time he has accumulated significant experience in business management, finance and company turnarounds.
Paul heads up the firm’s personal insolvency offering. His expertise lies in the personal insolvency field, having joined the Official Receiver’s office in 1997 and moving into private practice in 2011 with a top 10 firm. Paul was a Deputy Official Receiver for a number of years and understands the bankruptcy process inside out, as well as specialising in investigation work. Since qualifying as an Insolvency Practitioner, Paul has dealt with a number of complex investigatory matters as trustee in bankruptcy as well as helping those in financial difficulty via the IVA process.
