In the current uncertain times, we wanted to take a moment to reassure you by explaining the sensible steps we’ve taken, to ensure the continuity of our services over the coming weeks and longer as necessary.
First and foremost, we aim to maintain the highest standard of service that our clients expect from Grosvenor Wealth Management, whilst at the same time ensuring that we do all we can to keep our clients and staff safe. As the situation evolves, we may flex our plans and may make further changes.
The following explains what we’ve been up to so far…
- We’re continuing to provide reliable financial advice and managing our client’s affairs, most recently without the need for face-to-face meetings. This is possible due to the relationship that we have with you, for which we are very thankful.
- Fortunately, we are very familiar with working with our clients, over the phone, by email and video calls. As a result, we expect little disruption to the level of service you will experience from us.
- We will be moving some of our staff to working outside of the office. Again, as we have invested heavily in technology, you’re unlikely to notice any change in service standards.
This is clearly a challenging time for everyone and we will continue to keep a close eye on what the government and health experts are saying. The wellbeing of our clients and staff is paramount to us and we will continue to evolve our plans as the situation develops.
