2021 has been the year of staff growth for Grosvenor Wealth Management with five new recruits in Marketing, Compliance, Admin and Adviser teams over the last six months. GWM are very pleased to welcome on board our fifth and latest recruit, Claire Leary, to our expanding Analysts team.
To find out more about our new Analyst, we interviewed Claire to get to know a bit more about her and how she’s progressing so far…
Why did you join Grosvenor Wealth Management?
I joined GWM to help develop and further my career in financial services. By gaining exposure to areas of the wealth management sector, I will broaden my knowledge of this expansive sector and benefit the company through my newly gained knowledge.
What do you hope to achieve whilst at GWM?
My main aim to become a well-rounded Analyst. Once I’ve received training from my fellow analysts and teammates, I wish to become more independent and forward thinking. As I’m a hybrid individual, I can work both autonomously and in a team. I want to be in the best position possible to provide the right support to our clients and the GWM Team. I’m consistently learning more about the role and the firm as a whole from the other Analysts and members of staff, which will help me greatly going forward.
How have you found your Grosvenor experience so far?
Everyone in the team has been really welcoming, engaging during my training and fun to learn from and work with. The office environment has the perfect balance of hard work and a banter for an atmosphere, making GWM well-balanced. On Friday 3rdDecember, I got to experience my first Grosvenor Christmas Party. We all had plenty fun and made lots of memories enjoying cocktails, playing crazy golf and dining with a cityscape view at the Darwin Brasserie at the Sky Garden in Central London. It was incredible and an experience I won’t forget!
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I like to watch the football attend the matches if I can, supporting my team, West Ham United. I also enjoy socialising with my friends and family during the weekends. In the evenings I like to head to my local gym to stay healthy and fit. I enjoy travelling to new and exciting destinations across the world….when there are no global restrictions in place.
