GWM has been around for over two decades. We uphold the highest standards in data security and combating financial crime. Compliance is at the heart of everything we do. All of our advisers are fully qualified, experienced and actively maintain competency through structured CPD program.

ESG Investing

Traditional investing delivers value by translating investor capital into investment opportunities that carry risks commensurate with expected returns. Sustainable investing balances traditional investing with environmental, social, and governance related (ESG) insights to improve long-term outcomes.

In many ways, sustainable investing can be seen as part of the evolution of investing. There is a growing recognition among industry participants that some ESG factors are economic factors, especially in the long term, and it is, therefore, important to incorporate material ESG factors.

On the surface the introduction of ESG is reflective of the planet’s precarious position. Our clients may also be encouraged by the proposition that their money is being invested in ethical enterprises which have a stake in the environmental issues.

We also believe that ESG will become an increasingly important determinant of value, as the principles of ESG lay the foundations for long term commercial sustainability. We think that ESG will continue to evolve, and this evolution will add greater transparency, improve comparability, and ensure organisations that adopt ESG at a cultural level are recognised for doing so.

We do believe that fund managers need to recognise the importance of investing money in enterprises which do not have a negative impact on the environment and society. For this reason, we are actively considering a specific fund sector which aims to invest in enterprises which have a strong leaning towards sustainability, which naturally includes environmental, social and governance factors.

Support the Community

Grosvenor are very passionate about giving back to the local community. We enjoy getting involved, donating and supporting with local charities as well as larger national charitable organisations.

Over the years, Grosvenor Wealth Management have been supporting a local Hertfordshire charity, DENS. Established in 2003, Dacorum-based charity, DENS, aims to be the first port of call for people facing homelessness, poverty, and social exclusion. They ensure people have access to immediate support, and many other vital provisions as well as providing comprehensive solutions to move towards independent living.

As an official business partner, we strive to promote the charity, their amazing work among the local community and look to how we can further support them in their efforts to tackle homelessness, poverty, and social exclusion in the borough.

We are increasing our support for the DENS team. We promote DENS communications and events through the Grosvenor website and social media, to ensure their visibility and brand is maximised through all relevant channels.

At Grosvenor, we also love a good challenge, especially if it can raise money for a charity, whether it be a charity swim, cycle or running event. So, whenever one of our staff is preparing to take on a challenge, we’ll encourage them to set up a fundraising page and donate the proceeds to charity.

Partnering with like-minded Businesses

Our sister company, GWM Professional Connections works with a variety of different businesses, such as accountants, solicitors, recruiters and estate agents, to provide a holistic approach to complement and enhance their own services. Equally, we look to introduce our clients to our partners if they need support outside of our remit.

We work collectively to ensure the outcome is fully connected and centred around the clients’ needs and ensure that their expectations are met.
